Designed to assist with the advancement and management of 1 3⁄4" and 2 1⁄2" hose lines. Simply wrap the webbing around the hose and slip the webbing into the slot on the small aluminum hook. The larger aluminum handle works well with a gloved hand and allows for cradling over a ladder rung to assist with the weight of a charged line.
